Result check | June 20(Thu.) 14:00~ |
Tuition fee bill print out | July 1(Mon.) 10:00~July 10(Wed.) 17:00 |
Registration period | July 10(Wed.) 10:00~July 12(Fri.) 17:00 |
2. Way of Result Check: Sign in with your DOB(YY/MM/DD) and Examinee number(check)
3. How to pay tuition fee(register): You may directly pay through your virtual account number which is noted on your tuition fee bill
4. Note
A. Your acceptance could be cancelled if do not pay the tuition during registration period.
B. Tuition refund policy
(1) 100% will be refunded if OIA confirms final accepted candidates＇ cancellation before starting semester(spring: March/fall: September)
(2) In case of cancelling the admission, tuition fee will be refunded excluding entrance fee.
*Exact amount of refuded tuition fee will be noticed from the Accounting team
C. Please carefully check your final result and for those who finally accepted students, kindly check te attached file and make sure that you should be required to submit several documents for your successful registration.
D. Health Insurance for international students(D-2VISA holders only) : LINK CLICK
Any foreigner or overseas Korean who has stayed for six months or more in Korea is subject to the statutory subscription to health insurance from July 16, 2019.
Therefore, all international students should be required to have ＇6-months＇ at least(until have Alien registration card) from your entrance to Korea. You may have the one from home country which can be covered during 6months, or OIA inform you one of the Korean insurance companies.

2. 합격자 발표조회 방법: 생년월일(연도/월/일)과 수험번호를 입력하세요(수험번호 확인 클릭)
3. 수업료 납부방법(등록): 등록금 고지서에 기재 된 본인의 가상계좌로 직접 납부합니다.
4. 비고
가. 등록기간 내에 수업료를 납부하지 않을 경우, 합격이 취소됩니다.
나. 수업료 환불 규정
(1) 학기 시작 전, 등록을 취소할 경우, 국제팀의 확인하에 100% 환불됩니다(전기: 3월/후기: 9월)
(2) 등록을 취소할 시, 입학금은 제한 뒤 환불됩니다. *정확한 환불금액은 재무팀에서 고시됩니다.
다. 최종 합격자 발표를 확인하시고, 최종 합격한 분들은 첨부파일의 안내사항을 숙지하시어 다음 절차준비를 하시기 바랍니다.
라. 외국인 유학생의 건강보험 가입의무 법안 발효(2019.7.16부터, 유학비자(D2)소지자에 한함) : 관련사항 링크 클릭
한국에 6개월 이상 체류할 시, 건강보험에 당연 가입됩니다.
따라서, 합격한 외국인 유학생은 외국인 등록증이 발급되기 전까지 약 6개월 간은 개별적인 보험에 가입하여야 합니다.
본국에서 가입하시거나 혹은 오리엔테이션 시, 국제팀에서 안내하는 한국 보험사의 보험가입 안내를 받으시기 바랍니다.
